With the theme "Artificial Intelligence, Capital Markets and Civil Liability. The particular case of damage input to quantum neural networks and intelligent financial intermediation."
On March 11
th, Cláudia Lima Costa completed her Master's degree in Law and Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon with a classification of 16 values.
The defense relied on the arguments of Professor Doctor João Marques Martins, with Professor Doctor Miguel Teixeira de Sousa as President of the Board, advisor, Professor Doctor Paula Costa e Silva, and member, Professor Doctor Ana Margarida Seixas.
The theme presented was: "Artificial Intelligence, Capital Markets and Civil Liability. The particular case of damage input to quantum neural networks and intelligence financial intermediation."
The candidate proposed to discuss the application of quantum neural networks, above all, in trading and to problematize the difficulties that the black box concept may bring to possible liability for damages caused.
