AI Act

EU AI Act passed in the European Parliament this morning and it will come into law now.

The provisions on prohibited AI will apply after six months, codes of conduct after nine months, GPAI rules after twelve months, and obligations concerning HIGH-RISK Systems, thirty-six months later.
